I have paid my last money more than 90 days ago without receiving the parcel

I have paid my last money more than 90 days ago without receiving the parcel. When I tried to make a follow up I hit a dead end. I have no idea what to next as I am expected to follow up with Aramex a third party with no association. It smell like a scam-and too good to be true.
